As the first Canadian mental health professional trained in the Swedish Alnarp model of Nature-Based Therapy through the University of Copenhagen in 2014, I offer nature-based therapeutic services for those affected by stress, anxiety, and burnout in the Halifax, Nova Scotia area.

I believe in the importance of regularly disconnecting from technology and reconnecting with nature. Through building a relationship with the environment, connecting to the community, and experiencing awe and meaning, we can create a mutually beneficial and sustainable source of healing for ourselves and our planet.
